Love Aspirations
While we are always looking it helps us to receive a referral from someone in our community. If you know a child who has a life-debilitating condition or disease, and would like us to consider making their aspiration come true, please complete this form below. It will then be submitted for our eligibility consideration process to our ministry.
WHO IS ELIGIBLE?
A child with debilitating or life-threatening medical condition who has reached the age of 2½ and is younger than 18 at the time of referral is potentially eligible.
CAN I REFER A CHILD?
Potential aspirations kids, can be referred by their parents or family members, their medical professional, or anyone who has extensive knowledge of their condition. This way we can properly initiate the referral process.
WHAT WOULD BE CONSIDERED AN ASPIRATION?
It's hard to limit a child's imagination. However each aspiration submission will be evaluated for feasibility and every effort will be made to fulfill the desire.
