Through the course of life, and being a Minister, Brian has learned the hard way that many pastors and ministers often have no outlet to talk about the issues affecting them on a daily basis.
Currently over 89% of pastors and ministers leave their post due to burn out, fatigue, and the feeling of being alone and not supported. This is a shocking number! Our Spiritual Leaders need to have a place where they can comfortably and securely discuss the daily issues of life that they face. They are human too!
Out of pain, purpose is birthed The Leading While Bleeding Healing Center for Pastors, Ministers and Leaders! We will meet on Saturday mornings from 8-8:30am CST via a conference call. This will be a safe haven for Pastors, Ministers and Leaders to come and discuss anything on their mind, and leave with a support network and knowing they are not alone.
We will have professional counselors available also. This will be a non-denominational, non-gender setting. There will be no stigmas or hindrances of any kind. Only Christ-centered love and acceptance! If you are a Pastor, Minister or Leader, we encourage you to call. Let's begin to help place our Soldiers back on the wall where God has called them to be, for us!
