Our Roadside Restaurant Events are designed to empower people! We deliver much needed services, items, and most importantly a sense of importance through being loved to everyone involved. Whether you're one of our VIP guests, or a servant leader, the gift you sow dwarfs in comparison to the gift God gives through your involvement in this effort to make sure no one in our community is left behind.
While we are always looking it helps us to receive a referral from someone in our community. If you know a child who has a life-debilitating condition or disease, and would like us to consider making their aspiration come true, please complete this form below. It will then be submitted for our eligibility consideration process to our ministry.
A child with debilitating or life-threatening medical condition who has reached the age of 2½ and is younger than 18 at the time of referral is potentially eligible.
Potential aspirations kids, can be referred by their parents or family members, their medical professional, or anyone who has extensive knowledge of their condition. This way we can properly initiate the referral process.
It's hard to limit a child's imagination. However each aspiration submission will be evaluated for feasibility and every effort will be made to fulfill the desire.

Without your referral we may never know their aspiration.
